HUBIX is a pre-launch logistics project in Sri Lanka. Right now, the only thing this page does is let you reserve your spot for our launch. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect when you join — and what we don't.
The short version: We only take the few details needed to message you at launch. We use them for nothing else, we never sell them, and you can have them deleted anytime by emailing hallo@hubixlogistics.com.
HUBIX (“we”, “us”) is a logistics venture being built in Sri Lanka. The company is in the process of being registered; until then, we operate this waitlist honestly under the HUBIX name. For anything about your data, contact us at hallo@hubixlogistics.com — a real person answers.
When you fill in the join form, we collect only:
We also record that you agreed to this policy. To understand how the page is used, we collect anonymous usage statistics (which steps people reach). We do not ask for your address, ID, payment details, or any document at this stage.
For one thing only: to WhatsApp you around our Q4 2026 launch with the app download link, and to understand where the network is growing so we prioritise your area. No unrelated marketing. No selling. No sharing with anyone for their own purposes.
To run this simple page, we rely on a few trusted services. Some of them store data on servers outside Sri Lanka — by joining, you agree to that transfer:

We choose these services for reliability, not for advertising. We never hand them your details to market to you.
Until launch plus a short handover period — or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first. Once we've contacted you at launch and you're set up (or you tell us you're not interested), we remove your waitlist entry.
This waitlist is meant for adults (18+). If you believe a minor has signed up, email us and we'll remove the entry.
As HUBIX grows toward launch, this policy will grow with it — for example when the app itself starts handling deliveries and payments. When we make a meaningful change, we'll update the date at the top. The version you agreed to is the one in force when you joined.
